This course provides graduate students with a general understanding and awareness of organizational cultures and leadership practices through experiential and reflective learning in diverse educational/work placement settings. Participants will have opportunities to develop cross-cultural awareness and communication skills while making contributions to the educations/work settings in which they are placed.
