This course focuses on the management of innovation and the pursuit of entrepreneurship in different regions of the world and in trans-national settings. The concepts covered are relevant to existing businesses aiming to structure their innovation portfolio and to new, aspiring businesses looking to create value from market opportunities. Topics include change management, technological innovation, entrepreneurship around the world, entrepreneurial marketing, entrepreneurial finance, and characteristics of entrepreneurs.
