This one-week clinical rotation will introduce students to communication theory, the impact of feelings, emotions, and values on communication, and to techniques that will aid in building relationships and eliciting information from clients. Through lectures, role plays, and videotaped real client interactions, students will learn about and practise skills to more effectively communicate with clients. Semester hours credit: 1.
