This elective laboratory course provides students with the opportunity to practice a variety of medical procedures in live animals and on cadaver specimens and models. It includes techniques related to evaluation of the gastrointestinal, respiratory and central nervous systems as well as techniques in dentistry, ophthalmology, intravenous catheterization, and catheterization of the urinary bladder. Five-week module with three hours of laboratory per week. This course is graded pass-fail. Enrolment is limited.
