This course focuses on concepts and techniques for the design, planning, control, and improvement of manufacturing and service processes. These concepts and techniques pertain to a range of applications in the private and public sectors. Topics include quantitative decision making; process mapping flows of labour, material, capital, and value; supply chain coordination; inventory management; risk mitigation; quality management; process design; and revenue management.
