CAT (Cat Action Team) Saturdays is a TNR (trap neuter release) program for feral/stray or barn cats on PEI. Teams of students drawn from first, second, third and fourth year will work together to sedate, examine, anesthesize and spay or castrate cats, providing vaccination, parasite prevention and pain control. Veterinarians and technicians, as well as community members, volunteer their time to this program, which is made possible by a grant from the Sir James Dunn Animal Welfare Centre.
