This practical course offers students the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills to working on and researching a problem in biotechnology. Students will work under the supervision of an industry mentor or/and a faculty member with a connection to local industry. Students are required to write a report describing the work and give an oral presentation on the work where academic and industry experts will be present. Support of an industry mentor or/and a faculty member must be obtained prior to registering for this course. Students are advised to contact the chair at least two months in advance.
