Upcoming Moodle Data Collection and Privacy Guideline Notice - Wednesday September 17th
On September 17th at 7:00am ADT there will be notice about the new UPEI Moodle Data Collection and Privacy Guidelines. This is in preparation of enabling the basic Moodle analytics reports in order to create new opportunities to connect students with various campus supports. The full guidelines can be viewed in the document below.
This notice is to make students aware that when the guidelines go active at 7:00am on Sept. 17th, they will need to acknowledge the guidelines. If students are engaged in an activity like a quiz at that time, they will have to acknowledge the guidelines before returning to the activity and resuming their work. Students should make sure that they have acknowledged the guidelines before beginning any quizzes or exams on September 17th.
The Office of Student Culture and Community Standards has launched a series called Get to Know UPEI to introduce you to various on-campus and off-campus resources you can access as UPEI students! They will be hosting an information session every Tuesday and an information table featuring representatives from different offices sharing information, every Thursday, from September 9 until November 20.
This series will feature several guest speakers and service providers who can be very helpful to you as a UPEI student. Information about upcoming sessions and tables can be found at Get to Know UPEI Schedule
